About JBC

​ ​Johannesburg Bible College (JBC) is an interdenominational college offering men and women practical training in understanding and teaching the Bible through classroom-based courses.  Its inception came from a group of local church leaders who were aware of the need for accessible Bible training that would enable people from a variety of denominations to understand and teach God’s word within the communities. Revd Dave West initiated finding someone to start the work and the college opened its doors in February 2005. Our courses are for any Christian who would like to know and serve God better through a deeper understanding of the Bible and being equipped to teach it well to others.
